3rd grade cereal box book reports

Have students use a pen or pencil to fill in the blanks in each section with information about their books. This project would be perfect for a book tasting in your classroom! SO much information can be covered on the 12 panels and it allows students to take a deep dive in a creative way. For the front of the box, have students design a book cover and use markers or crayons to draw it onto one of the sheets of construction paper. My kiddos loved doing this last year so I had to share! Some students might want to take it a step further and create a video based on their storyboard. What clubs would they be in or lead? My 6th graders love making them! When the cardboard roll is rotated, the story unfolds. My class and the rest of the 5th grade is doing this project too! Projects , Assessment , Homework.
